This week, the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2023 takes place in Shanghai.
CIIE is the largest trade expo in the world, and it is an important commercial event – highly relevant for Danish companies already doing business in China and companies investigating the opportunities in the Chinese market.
The Danish Pavilion at CIIE 2023 features sectors related to the food industry and sustainability, focusing on ingredients, supplements, beverages, and agri-business. A diverse array of industries is represented at the expo, with participation from major Danish companies.
Secretary General of DCBF, Hans Henrik Pontoppidan, is in China on this occasion, and on the 7th of November he gave a presentation on the current state of Sino-Danish trade relations at the “Your China Strategy” event hosted by the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC), together with Consul General Mikael Winther, and Niels Flintholm from Leaf Digital.
