Danish Industry (DI) is Denmark’s largest business and employers’ organization, representing approximately 20,000 companies. With strong representation and broad influence, DI spans a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, transport, energy, IT, healthcare, trade, and professional services.
The organization’s mission is to support and strengthen Danish companies both domestically and internationally. DI offers a comprehensive range of services, including the negotiation of collective agreements with labour unions, expert guidance on labour and employment law, regulatory advocacy at local, national, European, and international levels, as well as a variety of events, training courses, and professional networks tailored to member needs.
DI employs approximately 1,200 staff members, most of whom are based at its headquarters in Copenhagen. In addition to its Danish operations, DI has a global presence with offices in Brussels, Mumbai, Chennai, New York, Shanghai, Berlin, Nairobi, and Seoul, and partner offices in Australia, Brazil, and Mexico.
