October 29th, 2025, DCBF in collaboration with China Media Group and the Embassy of the P.R.C. to the Kingdom of Denmark, was honoured to jointly host a conference on the Fourth Plenum of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the Global Governance Initiative
Ambassador Wang Xuefeng, together with Head of China Media Group, Shen Haixiong, welcomed the attendees of this conference, followed by a presentation on the current China-Denmark Trade Relations and insights from the Fourth Plenum by DCBF Secretary General Hans Henrik Pontoppidan. The pertaining panel discussion, moderated by DCBF Chairman Tom Behrens-Sørensen, consisted of former Deputy Head of Mission to China from the European Commission, Franz Jessen, Head of International Trade at Dansk Erhverv Michael Bremerskov Jensen, as well as Economic & Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy, Yang Junping.
We would like to extend special thanks to our panelists for their valuable insights, and to the attendants consisting of esteemed scholars, students, political stakeholders, and representatives from the wide range of DCBF’s members. The event highlighted the significance of continued dialogue between Denmark and China in strengthening cooperation.
