On Monday September 18, 2023, Danish-Chinese Business Forum had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from Shandong at an event held by Hempel, with representatives from The Department of Commerce of Shandong Province as well as business representatives
The delegation visit to Denmark was organized in cooperation with Grundfos, with the purpose of promoting sustainable development concepts and exploring possibilities for future collaboration with Danish business counterparts.
At the event hosted by Hempel, Secretary General Hans Henrik Pontoppidan on behalf of DCBF signed an MoU with The Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, for the purpose of enhancing bilateral communication.
Shandong province offers interesting opportunities for foreign companies due to its advanced industrial system and attractive investment environment. Several large Danish companies, and members of DCBF, already have subsidiaries in the province.
Thank you to Deputy Director General Mr. Cui Hongguang from the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, EVP Steen Niemann Madsen from Hempel, and VP Frank Zhang from Grundfos, as well as the business representatives from Shandong.
We look forward to fruitful collaboration with partners from Shandong.
