Podcast – Should Denmark “close the door” to China?

On October 16th, 2022, the 20th National Party Congress of the Chinese Communist Party was kicked off. In relation to the Party Congress, Hans Henrik Pontoppidan, Secretary General of DCBF, was invited to participate in the radio programme ”Verden kalder” at R4dio to discuss whether Denmark should “close the door” to China or not.

The largest take-away from the new index is that retraction in market opportunities across all areas is driving outlook, and that the overall trend has shown a decline in short-term outlook on China by Danish companies in Q3, compared to the two previous quarters.
